This Privacy Policy describes how Creator OS™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Creator OS™ website, newsletter, blog, early-access signup, digital products (including the Creator OS™ Masterclass), diagnostic assessments, coaching and consulting engagements, downloadable resources, and any community features (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read together with, the Creator OS™ Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account and Registration Information. Name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account or purchase an Offering.

Payment and Transaction Information. Billing details and purchase history. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor through Kajabi; the Company does not store full payment card numbers.

Diagnostic Assessment Responses. Self-reported answers to business, operational, and professional-practice indicators when you complete a diagnostic assessment. These responses relate to your business systems and professional practices, not health, medical, or psychological status.

Newsletter and Communication Data. Your email address and engagement data (such as opens and clicks) when you subscribe to the newsletter or communicate with us.

Website Usage Data. Information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, is gathered through Kajabi analytics and any analytics tools we enable, such as Google Analytics, if activated.

CRM and Marketing Data. Contact, inquiry, registration, purchase, and engagement information may be processed through our customer relationship management, marketing automation, form, payment, and client-management platforms, including HubSpot, Kajabi, Squarespace Campaigns, Fillout, Airtable, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Stripe. Where applicable to specific services or legacy client records, we may also use or maintain information in platforms such as Sprout Studio, Pic-Time, HoneyBook, or Mailchimp. These platforms are used to manage leads, respond to inquiries, process registrations and purchases, segment communications, deliver automated sequences, maintain customer records, and support service delivery.

Scheduling and Session Data. Information provided when booking or attending a coaching or consulting session through our scheduling platform, [scheduling platform name], including scheduling metadata and, where applicable, session recordings if disclosed in advance.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Services; process purchases and manage your account; deliver diagnostic results and coaching or consulting engagements; send newsletters, transactional messages, and (where you have not opted out) marketing communications; personalize and improve the Services; monitor and analyze usage trends; detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, or technical issues; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers. With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Kajabi (hosting, checkout, and email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), [website analytics provider], [scheduling platform], and our CRM, marketing automation, forms, and client-management platforms, including HubSpot, Squarespace Campaigns, Fillout, Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace, and, where applicable to specific services or legacy client records, Sprout Studio, Pic-Time, HoneyBook, or Mailchimp. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Legal Compliance. Where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.

Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Kajabi and our other service providers act as processors or service providers with respect to personal information submitted through the Services and are contractually restricted from using that information for their own independent purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5. Your Privacy Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing and newsletter emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each communication. You may update or correct your account information by contacting us using the information in Section 12. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to a purchase or engagement.

6. California Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, and regardless of whether the Company meets the statutory threshold to be a "covered business" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), we extend the following choices to California residents as a matter of policy:

Right to Know. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Right to Delete. You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Right to Correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. [Optional: revisit if the Company begins using advertising pixels or similar cross-context tracking.]

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA in the ordinary operation of the Services.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Diagnostic assessment responses are retained in accordance with Schedule B. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including reliance on Kajabi's platform-level security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, consistent with the eligibility requirement in the Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Diagnostic Assessment Data

Diagnostic assessment responses are used to generate your results, improve the diagnostic instrument, and, in aggregated or de-identified form, to develop insights about the Creator OS™ framework. Handling of diagnostic data is further described in Schedule B (Diagnostic Assessment).

11. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by the Company. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
